The P12–P80 range is supplied as PN10 as standard, with PN25 high-pressure models available to order. PN25 models are rated to 25 bar and supplied with dedicated PN25-rated components.
Protector P12–P80 series
IWTM-UK’s Protector P12–P80 series is designed for systems from 10,000L up to 80,000L, delivering continuous chemical-free water treatment. These compact high-flow units engineer your water to prevent corrosion, sludge, and bacteria while maintaining compliance with VDI 2035 and UK TM20 standards. Perfect for any closed loop heating or cooling system, the P12–P80 ensures long-term water quality and reliable operation.
How It Works
- Side-stream filtration: Stainless steel micron filters (standard 40 μm, optional down to 1 μm) remove particles and impurities.
- Magnesium anodes: Sacrificial anodes scavenge oxygen and regulate pH to prevent corrosion.
- Neodymium magnets: Capture magnetite to protect pumps, valves, and heat exchangers.
- Galvanometer monitoring: Self-regulating anode activity can be integrated into BMS for real-time monitoring.
- Maintenance-friendly: Easy access to filters, anodes, and automatic air vents.
- PN25 High-Pressure Models: Protector P12–P80 models are available to order in PN25 versions rated to 25 bar. HP models are supplied with a dedicated PN25-rated valve kit, including plugs, valves and PICV, together with a 25-bar SpiroTop automatic air vent. They are designed for side-stream installation and can be installed around the main system pumps.
